1. Applicant

• The scheme is open to BRIN researchers from all research organizations and their respective research centers.
• The Principal Investigator (PI) submitting proposal to BRIN must hold at least a Master degree (S2) with active enrollment in a Doctoral degree (S3) program, with a relevant academic and research track record.
• The research team may include members from other research institutions such asuniversities,businessentities,orindependentinstitutions,withclearly defined roles and responsibilities.
• All team members must demonstrate relevant experience, supported by a research portfolio. A team member may participate in up to three proposals (as a PI in one proposal and a member in another, or as a member in three proposals).

1. Proposal Requirements

• The proposed research must align with the designed themes and subtopics outlined in the call (Please note that proposals involving nuclear-related topics will not be accepted).
• The research plan must be feasible within the allocated timeframe.
• Proposals must be submitted in English using the provided template.
• Proposals must be formally signed by the authorized official of the institution.
• Proposals must include a detailed budget using the prescribed format, following cost standards under Minister of Finance and BRIN regulations, including applicable taxes.
• Curriculum vitae of the PI and all team members must be included using the provided format.
• All required documents must be complete, original, and submitted on time.
• Prior to the project implementation, the PI must conduct a research ethics clearance done through the Research Ethical Clearance information system https://kIirensetik.brin.go.id/
